Everyone's Invited to June 2 Community Event

POTLUCK AT THE PAVILION Saturday, June 2, 6:00 pm.  Gather up the fam, bring your favorite dish to share (does not need to be home cooked!), drinks, lawn chairs and a desire to get to know your neighbors better!  We'll plan a bonfire if we get enough wood.  If you have kids, bring some outdoor games - balls, scooters, badminton, etc.

The board meeting will cover the general business operations of the POA.
The executive session will cover deed restriction violations and review collection of fees, penalties and

Ranch & Home Tree Service is offering a 20% discount to all Ridgelake property owners that need to have trees removed or trimmed. They are fully insured and have very good references. They do not grind stumps however they can provide a referral

BURGLARY REPORT: Please be aware

One of our residents was burglarized yesterday afternoon. The burglar was driving a dark blue older model Suburban.

There was another burglary on Lindsey in Montgomery trace with the same vehicle (in the neighborhood) shortly afterward.

The vehicle description and MO is of a known burglar and law enforcement are trying to locate the suspect.

MO = kick in the back door, steal TVs, electronics, computers, video games and jewelry.

Please get this information out ASAP to the neighborhood before someone else gets hit!

If you see strange and suspicious vehicles and/or activity in the neighborhood, please report it immediately to the local law enforcement.
